This Privacy Policy applies to the Network Manager: Data usage app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by BD Protech as an Ad-supported service with premium features. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

        Core Principle: We do NOT collect, store, or upload any of your personal data, app usage statistics, or device network logs to external servers. All processing happens 100% locally on your device.
    

1. Information Processing & Permissions

To provide network statistics, bandwidth monitoring, and speed tests, the Application requires specific device permissions. This data is strictly used locally to render dashboards and reports for the user:

Package Usage Stats (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): Used exclusively to calculate how much cellular or Wi-Fi data each individual app consumes on your device.
Query All Packages (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): Required to generate the list of installed applications on the device, allowing the app to map network usage to the specific app names and icons.
Foreground Service (DATA_SYNC): Used to monitor network speeds, execute continuous data usage tracking, and provide accurate background synchronizations.
Internet & Network State: Required to perform network speed tests (ping, download, upload), load advertisements, and verify subscription status.
Post Notifications: Used to display real-time network speed meters or data limit warnings in the device status bar.

2. Third-Party Services & Monetization

The Application integrates trusted third-party SDKs for advertising and digital payment processing. These services may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

A. Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display personalized or non-personalized ads. AdMob utilizes the device’s Advertising ID (AAID) to serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. This data is handled directly by Google.

B. Google Play In-App Billing

We offer a Premium upgrade subscription. All financial transactions, subscriptions, and payment methods are securely processed and managed entirely by Google Play Billing services. The Developer never sees or stores your credit card or financial accounts details.

3. Data Storage & Deletion

All data used by the Application — including your Settings preferences, notification layout choices, cached subscription/premium status, and ad-free timer state — is stored locally on your device only, using Android's standard app storage. None of this data is ever transmitted to or stored on any server owned or operated by BD Protech.

To delete all app data: Simply uninstall the Application from your device. Android automatically and permanently erases all locally stored data (settings, cached preferences, premium status cache) at the moment of uninstallation.
To delete data before uninstalling: You may also go to Android Settings → Apps → Network Manager → Storage → Clear Data at any time to erase all locally stored app data without uninstalling.
Advertising ID: Data associated with your device's Advertising ID (used by Google AdMob) is controlled by Google, not by us. You can reset or opt out of ad personalization at any time via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, or by following Google's guidance in the AdMob link above.
Active subscriptions: Since subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by Google Play, canceling or requesting a refund for a Premium subscription must be done through the Google Play Store app (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), not through us.

Because we do not operate any backend server or database that stores personal data, there is no remote account or profile for us to delete on your behalf — removing the app (or clearing its storage) fully and immediately completes data deletion.

4. Children’s Privacy

This Application does not knowingly collect or request personal information from children under the age of 13. Since no data is transmitted to the developer, we maintain strict privacy protocols matching global safety policies.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted publicly.
